1. API Usage & Rate Limits

By accessing the PayQIA Memory API, you agree to adhere to the designated rate limits of your provisioning tier. Exceeding continuous retrieval limits will result in HTTP 429 throttling to protect global node health.

2. Permitted Use Cases

PayQIA infrastructure is strictly provided for enhancing AI agent context and semantic retrieval. It is prohibited to use our storage layers for illegal material, malware C2 nodes, or unconsented scraping aggregations.

3. Uptime SLA

Enterprise tier customers are guaranteed a 99.99% uptime SLA. In the event of latency spikes exceeding 100ms or regional outages, service credits will be issued automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
